ActiVave™ Explained

Rooted in the belief that the body holds memory, emotion, and energy, ActiVAVE helps you unravel stored tension and reconnect with your innate rhythm. Each class unfolds as a ritual—beginning with intention-setting, followed by movement and breath to awaken the body, and culminating in a powerful sound journey designed to regulate the nervous system and activate healing from within.

VAVEtherapy uses wide frequency range vibrations of up to 1111 Hz to penetrate deeply into the body, promoting cellular release, tissue relaxation, and nervous system regulation. It’s like an internal massage for your organs, fascia, and energy body. Paired with intentional movement and breath, this resonance doesn’t just soothe—it awakens.

Step 2: Movement & Immersive Healing

Settle onto the vibroacoustic bed and begin to connect with your body. In our movement-based sessions, you’ll be guided through gentle, restorative yoga and breath-led postures designed specifically for the VAVE™ platform. Every pose is supported and low-impact, inviting subtle motion and intuitive flow as the bed delivers grounding sound frequencies beneath you. Together, the resonance and movement create a deeply integrative experience—awakening your body’s natural capacity to heal and regulate.

Step 3: Integration & Reflection

SLOW FLOW

Slow Flow is a gentle, meditative practice that invites you to slow down and move with greater awareness. Intentionally paced, this class offers space for mindful movement, breathwork, and moments of stillness. With a focus on breath-driven transitions, extended holds, and fluid, wave-like movements, Slow Flow cultivates strength, grace, and inner presence.

Ideal for all levels, this practice supports students in exploring posture alignment, functional anatomy, and the deeper layers of self-awareness. By slowing down, we create space to truly feel—to tune into subtle sensations and connect with the present moment. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your understanding of form and alignment, Slow Flow offers a grounding and expansive experience.

RESTORATIVE

This deeply nourishing and restful practice is thoughtfully designed to calm the nervous system, regulate emotional states, and invite profound relaxation. Each class blends longer-held, supported postures with guided breathwork, meditation, and gentle, mindful movement.

Through intentional sequencing and a deep understanding of energetic anatomy, the practice targets key energy centers, encouraging release, renewal, and balance. By accessing states of stillness and surrender, we tap into the brain’s neuroplastic potential, creating space for new patterns of awareness, healing, and inner connection. Whether in a long-held passive shape or a moment of mindful movement, you are gently guided toward presence, regulation, and a sense of wholeness.

YIN

Yin is a meditative, grounding practice that targets the deeper connective tissues of the body through long-held, passive postures. Rooted in stillness and introspection, this practice supports energetic harmony by stimulating the body’s meridian lines, enhancing flexibility, and encouraging emotional release.

Guided by breath awareness and the subtle flow of energy, each class offers a sacred space for turning inward. Sound healing and optional hands-on assists help deepen the experience, allowing for gentle unraveling and renewal. The practice closes with a 15-minute guided meditation to integrate the journey—inviting presence, peace, and a return to the wisdom within.

VINYASA

A dynamic, breath-led practice that weaves fluid movement with intentional alignment. This all-levels class invites you to explore organic transitions, creative sequencing, and mindful expression, leaving you feeling energized and deeply connected to your body. We will organically channel heat through breathwork while moving energy. Vinyasa Flow is a great class for those who are seeking a high-energy class.

RECOMMENDED preparation

To make the most of your Resonant VAVE experience, here are some practical tips:

  • Drink plenty of water before and after your session. Bring a water bottle with you to stay hydrated during the event.
  • Eat a light meal 1-2 hours beforehand, focusing on easy-to-digest foods like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Avoid heavy meals, caffeine, and alcohol to stay comfortable and relaxed during your therapy.
  • Arrive 10 minutes before the session begins.
  • Wear comfortable activewear clothing that allows you to move freely.
  • Arrive with an open mind and heart.
