Our VAVE™ Journey is crafted to bring you a unique blend of soothing, full-body vibrations and immersive soundscapes, promoting deep relaxation and total rejuvenation. Our VAVE ceremonies range in duration from 1 hr – 2.5 hrs, each journey is intentionally made to be paired with offerings like Cacao, Bobinsana, and Cannabis.

You’ll leave the ceremony feeling deeply relaxed, emotionally balanced, and spiritually uplifted. Our transformative approach combines cutting-edge vibroacoustic technology, thoughtfully curated music, binaural beats, and isochronic tones, creating a unique experience designed to promote holistic well-being through the synergy of science and spirit.

Recommended Preparation

Opening Ceremony: Meditation & Setting Intentions

Duration: 15 minutes

Begin your journey with purpose. Our facilitators introduce the session, guiding you through a meditation that grounds and aligns your energy. This intentional start is your launchpad for a deeply immersive experience.

The Journey: Explore & Transform

Duration: 2 hours

⋗ Grounding & Calming: The journey begins with grounding frequencies that root and center you, creating a foundation of calmness and relaxation.

⋗ Elevating Vibration: As the session progresses, the frequencies gradually change, lifting you into vibrational range that promote clarity, emotional release, and energetic alignment.

⋗ Deep Transformation: At the heart of the journey, the soundscapes reach into the deepest layers of your being, facilitating profound transformation and healing.

⋗ Returning & Grounding: The session gently concludes by guiding you back to a grounded state, leaving you feeling balanced, restored, and connected.

Closing Ceremony: Reflect & Integrate

Duration: 15 minutes

After your journey, you’ll be gently invited to settle and reconnect through soothing guidance. The closing ceremony offers a safe space to integrate your experience, with our trained team available to support grounding, reflection, or optional energy work as needed.

To make the most of your VAVE™ Journey experience, here are some practical tips:

  • We recommend drinking plenty of water the night before and the day of your ceremony to support your body’s natural detox and energetic flow. However, be mindful to arrive with an empty bladder to help you remain fully present for the entire session. While bathroom breaks are absolutely allowed, the ceremony is designed to be experienced in one continuous flow for the most profound impact.
  • Eat a light meal 1-2 hours beforehand, focusing on easy-to-digest foods like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Avoid heavy meals, caffeine, and alcohol to stay comfortable and relaxed during your therapy.
  • Arrive 10 minutes before the session begins.
  • Wear comfortable clothing suitable for relaxation.
  • Arrive with an open mind and heart, ready to embrace the journey of transformation.
